How to set Unlimited IMAP emails up on a Huawei P30 and Pro P30

Follow this step by step guide to get your emails on your Huawei Pro P30.

First tap Settings on your phone

Tap Users and Accounts 

Tap Add Account

Tap Email

Enter your Email AddressEnter your Email Password
Tap the SIGN IN button

When asked for the type of account,
Tap IMAP

Enter your Username (this is your email address)
Enter your email Password

Enter the following:
Server: cp-wc04.lon01.ds.network (lowercase L in lon01)

Port: 993
Security:  SSL/TLS

Tap Next to Continue


Enter the following SMTP details:
SMTP server: cp-wc04.lon01.ds.network (lowercase L in lon01)
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS

Make sure Require sign-in is TICKED
Enter your Username (this is your email address)
Enter your email Password

 Tap Next to continue


You can set your own settings here, we recommend the following:
Sync Frequency: Every 15 minutes
Tick Notify me when email arrives
Tick Sync email from this account (important)
Automatically download attachments (your decision)

 tap Next to continue


Your email account is now added.
Slide your fingers up the screen to return to the home screen.

Find and tap Email on your home screen

Your emails will now be shown.
If your emails are not shown leave your phone a couple of minutes so it can download your emails.
If you are still not seeing them slide your finger from left to right

Tap your Email account from those shown at the top of the Email Settings Menu OR alternatively click All accounts.
