How to set your emails up on Outlook 365

The following step by step guide will show you how to set up your email account on Outlook 365 (this is the newest version of Outlook as of this post date).

Step 1:

Open Outlook and click File

Step 2:

Click Info and then click Add Account

Step 3:

Enter your email address
Click Advanced settings
Let me set up my account manually box - ticked 
Click Connect once complete

Step 4:

Click IMAP from the list of icons

Step 5:

This is the most important step, enter the details exactly as they are here:

Incoming Server: imap.stackmail.com
Incoming Port: 993
Incoming Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Require logon using SPA: unticked

Outgoing Server (SMTP) - smtp.stackmail.com
Outgoing Port: 465
Outgoing Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Require logon using SPA: unticked

Now click the Next button

Step 6:

Now enter your password that has been provided by Media City Way.
Then click the Connect button

Step 7:

Your email account is now setup.
All you need to do now is click the Done button and then you can start sending and receiving emails.
