iPhoneUnlimited Setup guide

Setting up your emails on an iPhone XS is exactly the same method as setting up emails on an iPhone 5S or later that is running iOS 12.

First tap Settings on your iPhone

Now scroll down the screen and tap Mail, then tap Accounts

Now tap Add Account


iPhone XS
From the list shown, tap Other

Now tap Add Mail Account (under MAIL)

Now enter the Name you want to appear when people receive an email from you,
follow this by entering your Email address and Password.
The Description will be created for you, you can leave this as it is OR change it,the decision is yours.
Once you've filled everything out click Next (top right).

Before you continue, make sure IMAP is selected, once it is, please continue

Under INCOMING MAIL SERVER type the following if it's not already showing:
Host Name: cp-wc04.lon01.ds.network
Username: your email address (e.g. name@domain.com)
Password: Your email password

Under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER type the following if it's not already showing:
Host Name: cp-wc04.lon01.ds.network
Username: your email address (e.g. name@domain.com)
Password: Your email password

Now click Next, your iPhone will now Verify the details you have entered.
If you get any errors, please double check you have entered all the information correctly and click Next (top right) again.

If you see the screen above your account has been set up correctly
If you like you can sync iPhone Notes to your email account. Tap the toggle so it lights up green (if you want to sync notes to your email account).
Once you are ready click Save (top right)

Your email account is now added BUT Before we finish, follow the steps below to make sure your emails are secure.

You should now see a screen like above, the only difference being yours will display the description you chose whereas ours says Groupwm.
Click on the email account you just added

Now click on Account (under IMAP).

Tap on SMTP (under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER).

Tap On (under PRIMARY SERVER).


iPhone XS
Now make sure the Toggle next to Use SSL is on. If it is on the toggle will be green (like above).

Whilst you're on this screen make Authentication is set to Password.
If it isn't - Tap Authentication

Tap from Password from the list and then tap < Back (top left)

Make sure the Server Port is: 465


iPhone XS
Now click Done (top right)


iPhone XS
On this screen tap < Account (top left)


iPhone XS
And to finish click Done (top right).


That's it, your email account is now secure.
